Loadcast or TrainingPeaks if you run and lift?

TrainingPeaks says it is one platform to plan, train and lift, and that strength workouts count in its fitness and fatigue scores. Loadcast decides each day from the sessions you logged, and it counts lifting as load on the same legs you run on.
