Loadcast or Athletica if you run and lift?

Athletica builds adaptive plans for triathlon, duathlon, running, cycling, rowing and HYROX, and says it adjusts each workout to your performance and recovery. Loadcast decides each day from the sessions you logged, and it counts lifting as load on the same legs you run on.
